Using your adult MVM bottle's label information, enter the specific nutrient amount 'per serving' (not the %DV) for your product into the boxes under the "Amount Per Serving" column.

Press the 'tab' key on the keyboard or click outside the box to enter each value. Continue in this manner until all desired data is entered.

Assign a name and an alphanumeric code to each set of calculation profiles when prompted. You can generate multiple sets of calculations within one file. To save multiple sets of profiles in one file, generate all the profiles for the file before saving. Caution: Calculations being generated to be saved, if saved to an existing file, will overwrite the existing file.

You may save data by selecting the 'Save' link at the top of the page. When 'Save' is selected, you can choose to either 1) save only the data you changed ('Use modified data only'), or 2) include the original values on the screen with the data you changed ('Include default values). At the next window, you can review your results and save them into one spreadsheet file, on your selected directory.

If you need to enter more data into the same file, select 'Add a New Profile' located in the upper right-hand corner of the review page.

NOTE: Once the file is saved, it can be manually modified, such as adding biotin and other nutrients to the spreadsheet. Predictions generated from the MVM Nutrient Calculator are valid only for interpretation as indicated in NDL documentation. NDL is not responsible for modifications made after data has been saved to users' files.

Go to the directory on your computer where the file was saved and open using Microsoft Excel.
